I happened to run into Troy at our local Giant grocery store while in the checkout line. We were just two strangers making friendly idle small talk while we waited, and naturally the topic of what we do for a living came up. He mentioned he was a realtor and I mentioned my wife and I would likely be looking to purchase in a month or two. Fast forward to now - after we closed on our beautiful first home - and we could not be happier. We closed in less than a month after putting in an offer, which wouldn’t have been possible without Troy’s lightning fast responses and professional connections with people in every facet of the process. From start to finish, I couldn’t imagine a more perfectly streamlined and low-stress home buying experience.If you’ve ever mentioned to friends or family that you were in the market to buy a home, you know that everyone is always so eager to recommend their realtor and say theirs is the best. But they’re entirely wrong if they didn’t work with Troy.

Troy was simply the best! I thought the market was hot, let's try it. Trying to find a realtor proved to be the hard part. Until I found Troy! He came to my home, got numbers in order. Put showings on the app & BAM! I had too many to keep track of. House sold in 2 days!! I still can't believe it. Any problems coming up were answered promptly! He helped make everything as smooth as possible. ????

Troy helped our mom find a home that fit her needs. What we appreciated was Troy's patience as she required special floor layout specifications. For example, she needed a ranch that was within a close vacinity if our home. Troy was great at researching to help her find exactly what she was looking for.

Troy is a very knowledgeable and honest guy. He didn’t rush us into buy a house. He always told us to think about it. He made sure this house was exactly what we were looking for. We saw a few houses that we really liked but he was very honest telling us the pros and cons, and after some discussions my husband and I decided not to proceed. But when we saw this house we knew this was the one, and Troy got us the contact and subsequently the closing. We closed on our wedding anniversary. He is definitely the agent we will work in the future.

Troy was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and works diligently with you. He explains things so you can understand. He helped us get a home when we needed in 3 months time. And never gave up on us.
